I’m so happy you decided to join me here, and to learn more about the power of intuition and how tapping in to your inner wisdom can make life better, easier, and so much more exciting.
In the video below, I tell you all about what the course will cover and also reveal some of my own personal story and how I got to where I am now.
The whole video is about 20 minutes long, so set aside a bit of time to watch it all. You’ll get so much more out of the written lessons if you do. When you’re done, come back to this page and read more about how to use the course. But first, be sure to download the companion PDF, the Intro to Intuition Course Workbook, to deepen your experience of the course. You’ll find more information about how to use the workbook below.
Enjoy, and I’m so glad you’re here!

Now that you’ve gotten an idea from the video about what the course contains, here are a few more things to know.
Embedded in each lesson you’ll find a short section in blue labeled TRY IT. These mini-exercises build on the ideas in each lesson, and they only take a minute or two to do.
Each lesson ends with a short video from me. I use these to tell stories, illustrate each lesson’s content, or give you some more to think about. After that, you’ll find a Lesson Summary and a section called Questions to Consider. Read through each lesson and watch the video, and if time permits, I strongly recommend you set aside time to answer the questions in writing. This will help you digest each lesson and connect it to your own experience.
One way to answer those questions is by printing out the companion PDF, a 20+ page Intro to Intuition Course Workbook. (To access and download, click the highlighted title or scroll up to find another link.) All the Lesson Summaries and end-of-lesson questions are collected in the workbook, and there’s space for you to handwrite your answers to each question. Or, if you prefer, you can use a dedicated notebook or journal. Either way, as a writer myself, I know how powerful it can be to think and reflect with a pen in hand, and if that’s you too, I encourage you to take advantage of this important aspect of the course! Alternatively, if you prefer to type, you may want to create a dedicated Word document or online journal to collect your answers.
The first half of the course is more conceptual, and the second half is more practical or experiential.
There is no set time or schedule for working your way though the material. Just go at your own pace.
The lessons are of varying lengths and density. You may want to take more time with some than with others. But even for the shorter ones, the content is meaningful and you may want to take some time to digest it, or read the material more than once.
Lesson 6 is where it all starts to come together! At that point, you get three experiments to try and an audio meditation you can listen to right away to develop your subtle awareness. Plan to take some extra time with this lesson.
Also, you’ll find inspiring quotes throughout the course as graphics at the top of each lesson. Don’t miss these!
